Description

Under the modification covered by this J&A, Ridgewood will perform additional engineering to integrate application hosting and to address cybersecurity requirements. The objective of the contract is to obtain the full range of systems engineering, software upgrades, program management, functional integration, and sustainment services to assist and support PMW-205 to complete modifications to COMPASS. The vendor shall provide software updates, software integration and testing, system administration and full life cycle support for the COMPASS Application. The contract as-written provides coverage through September 29, 2016. The modification covered by this J&A increases the value of the contract by $453,222 but does not extend the period of performance. Additional effort is required due to unanticipated work complexities associated with the NGEN Re-Compete RFIs, application hosting, and cybersecurity requirements. The contract modification was awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 230-4(c)(1). The contract action includes services for which the Government negotiated with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
