RFQ-Chemistry Analyzer Chemistry Analyzer Statement of Work Description: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number F3C4HP6025AW01 is being issued as a request for quotation. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-86. (iv) This acquisition is unrestricted, full and open. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325413. (vi) Contractor shall furnish a dry slide chemical analyzer, (a Vitros 350 or approved equal), reagent slides, accessories, calibration, factory original or reconditioned repair parts, labor, preventive maintenance, and unscheduled service IAW the attached Statement of Work. (vii) Place of performance is Minot AFB, ND 58705 and period of performance will be 1 April 2016 through 31 March 2017, with four(4) option periods. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this procurement. The government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The other factors considered will be the ability to conform to the Statement of Work. Award shall be based on best value to the government. (x) The government advises Offerors to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. Offerors are also reminded to complete Offeror Representations and Certifications on-line at www.bpn.gov prior to submitting an offer. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
