The Tulsa District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for janitorial services at recruiting stations at Cross Creek Shopping Center, Durant; Washington Park Mall, Bartlesville; Arrowhead Mall, Muskogee; North Miami Plaza Shopping Center, Miami; Market Shopping Center, Claremore; Town Center Plaza, Midwest City; Chisholm Center Mall, Yukon; Edmond Plaza Shopping Center, Edmond; and Regal Plaza, Tulsa, Oklahoma The Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be issued on or about 12 February 2016 and will not be available in paper format or on compact disc. Interested offerors may view and/or download the RFQ and all Amendments ONLY from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at the following internet address: www.fbo.gov. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FBO website (using the above link) for changes, announcements, or Amendments to the RFQ. The current anticipated quote due date is 19 February 2016. The specific due date, time, and location for quote submission will be identified in the RFQ. Unless specifically requested or authorized by Amendment, no corrections and/or changes to quotes will be allowed after the submission date and time. THIS ACQUISITION SHALL BE COMPETED AS A 100% ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED WOMAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (EDWOSB) SET-ASIDE. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561720 with a Size Standard (as identified by the U.S. Small Business Administration) of $18,000,000. One or more contracts resulting from the RFQ will be awarded to the responsible offeror(s) whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and whose pricing is the most advantageous to the Government. A Firm-Fixed-Price contract will be awarded. The reporting date will be stated in the solicitation. OFFERORS ARE REMINDED TO CAREFULLY READ THE SCOPE OF WORK. Use of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website requires prior registration in both the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Federal Business Opportunities databases.
