- The US Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Warfighter Support (ACC-NJ-WS) on behalf of the 99th Regional Support Center (RSC) has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance Services in Webster, NY. The Government intends to issue a solicitation as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for this requirement. The Government will select for award the proposal(s) that are most advantageous and meet the best value requirements of the Government. The intended contract award will be Firm Fixed Price with a Base plus (4) Four Option Years. The anticipated award date for this action is 2ND Quarter of Fiscal Year 2016. NOTES: A point of contact (POC) will be given for any necessary site visits at issuance of a formal solicitation. Please note that this notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government following the release of an official solicitation. This notice is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation, nor will the Government be liable for any costs involved for submission of information in response to this notice. Release of an official solicitation is anticipated to occur in March 2016. Interested parties are encouraged to monitor FedBizOpps for the release of the solicitation. This procurement is North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561730 Size Standard $7,500,000. Place of Performance will be at the MAJ Holldeder U.S. Army Reserve Center (USARC)/ Army Maintenance Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) #76, 515 Ridge Rd, Webster, NY 14580-1749.
