- A list of the parts required for the fire suppression system 10 FEB 2016 SUBJECT: Fire Supression System SOLICITATION NUMBER: FA5240-16-Q-M023 CLOSING RESPONSE DATE: 26 FEB 2016 1200 Hours EST. 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Solicitation number: FA5240-16-Q-M023 3. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-86. 4. This acquisition is set aside 100% Small Business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 332919 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. 5. Potential offerors are to quote on the following Contract Line Item(s): CLIN DESCRIPTION QTY/UOI 0001 See attached spreadsheet 1 Lot 6. The government requests that all items be delivered 45 days ADC/ARO to Andersen AFB. If this delivery schedule cannot be met, the contractor must specify the proposed delivery schedule in the quote. 7. FAR 52.212-1, Instruction of Offerors - Commercial Items (Apr 2014) applies to this acquisition. (a) Potential Offerors are expected to submit the following vendor information in addition to their quote: Contractor Name, Contractor Address, Contractor Phone Number, Contractor Email, Contractor Tax Identification Number, Contractor DUNS number, Contractor Cage Code, Contractor Business size (conforming to the NAICS code in part 4 of this RFQ), Delivery/Period of Performance of requested items, GSA Schedule (when applicable), and discount terms. (b) All firms must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered for award. All quotes must be directly submitted by the firm registered in SAM that is intended to be the successful awardee. Quotes must be directly submitted by another firm on behalf of a SAM registered company with the intention of being award "care of" will not be accepted. 8. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Oct 2014) applies to this acquisition. The evaluation factors are as follows; (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Request for information (RFI) are due to the Government NO LATER THAN 17 FEB 2016 at 1200 Hours Chamorro Standard Time. RFIs must be addressed to 2d Lt Shaheen and requested either over the phone or via e-mail. Request for information over the phone should be followed up by the vendor via e-mail. 14. Quotes are due back to the Government NO LATER THAN 24 FEB 2016 at 1200 Hours Chamorro Standard Time. 15. Responses to this RFQ must be received via e-mail, facmile or MSmail. Emailed quotes must be received at the stated addressee(s) e-mail inbox on time and the addressee(s) must be able to open the e-mail and all attachments. The Government does not accept responsibility for non-receipt of quotes. It is the vendor's responsibility to request and receive confirmation of quote receipt. 16.
