Description

This Amendment to the Pre-Solicitation Notice is provided as the description of the requirement did not post when initially released. This procurement is SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Proposal for a firm fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) non-commercial items services contract for fuels management services to treat vegetation to reduce the risk of wild land fires located primarily in southern Oregon within a radius of 3 hours travel time from the city limits of Medford and Grants Pass, Oregon within the vicinity of Medford district area of responsibility. The performance period is from date of award February 1, 2016 ¿ January 31, 2021. The performance period includes a one-year Base and 4 one-year term options. The minimum guarantee quantity for the IDIQ, including options, is $50,000. The NAICS code is 115310 and the small business size standard $17.5 million. The basis of award will utilize the best value continuum ¿ tradeoff process in accordance with FAR subpart 15.101-1 to result in an award to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Options will be evaluated in accordance with provision 52.217-4. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about November 25, 2015. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
