- This pre-solicitation notice is for a procurement for elevator maintenance and repair services at Naval Air Station Key West, FL. The contract resulting form the solicitation will be Firm Fixed Price for scheduled services and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity for unscheduled services. The contract will be for a period of one year and 4 additional periods of one each. The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials and equipment required to inspect, test, certify, maintain and repair vertical transportation equipment (VTE) at NAS Key West to ensure they are fully functioning and in normal working condition.
