- Architecture of Integrated Information Systems (ARIS) Software and Annual Support Statement of Work (SOW) The Army Contracting Command (ACC) New Jersey (NJ), in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), intends to award a sole source contract to Software AG, 12950 Worldgate Drive, Suite 300, Herndon, VA 20170. The contractor shall provide Architecture of Integrated Information Systems (ARIS) Software and Annual Support for Program Executive Office (PEO) Enterprise Information System (EIS) Product Lead - Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services (PL ALTESS) in support of the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP). Specifically, Software AG will provide ARIS Viewer (YBU), ARIS Designer (YAD), ARIS Architect (YAA), ARIS Architect Ext. Pack: SAP (YAAPD), and Bundled ARIS Basic Support 12 Months. Market research was previously conducted and it has been determined that this is a sole source requirement. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract with a twelve (12) month period of performance. The NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 with a size standard of $38,500,000.00. The notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotations and no Request For Quotation (RFQ) will be issued for competitive quotes. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
