- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Hood, TX intends to award sole source purchases to Time Warner Entertainment-Advance/Newhouse Partnership d/b/a Time Warner Cable, 309 North College Street, Killeen Texas 76541, a large business. This requirement is for one year Cable Services at Fort Hood, TX.
