- CSD_BAA_Call_ASTAM_Amendment_000004 Solicitation 6, CSD BAA Call ASTAM HSHQDC-16-R-B0003, is amended as follows: 1. Page 14, Section 5 is revised as annotated in red font to remove mention of the project funding profile. 2. Page 15, Figure 2 has been replaced in its entirety and the title has been changed to remove "and Funding Profile". 3. Page 15, the Proposal due date has been changed from: February 18, 2016 to: February 25, 2016. 4. Page 17, Section 6.5.1 Type I, has been updated to correct the total contract value to $16,340,000.00 and to update the funding profile. 5. Page 19, Section 6.7.1.2 Volume 2 - Cost Proposals, has been updated to remove the mention of the Figure 2 funding profile. PLEASE NOTE THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED.
