- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION NOTICE Nellis Air Force Base Contracted Air Support Industry Day 1. Nellis Air Force Base (AFB) is hosting a contracted air support industry day to include the Adversary Air Support (AAS) requirement and the Joint Terminal Attack Control Close Air Support (JTAC CAS) requirement on Tuesday, 15 March 2016. The address for the two industry days is the Nellis AFB Club at: 5871 Fitzgerald Blvd, Nellis AFB, NV 89191. Please arrive at the front gate for Nellis AFB (East Craig Rd and North Las Vegas Blvd gate), park in the parking lot to the right of the gate and walk into the visitor center to obtain your base entry instructions. The AAS requirement industry day will be from 0900 to 1100 and the JTAC CAS requirement will be from 1300-1500. Additional information about this industry day will be posted to this FBO link. 2. During the AAS requirement industry day the following topics will be addressed and discussed: a.Adversary Air Support midterm requirement, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Requirement (Solicitation No: FA4861-16-R-C001). b. Adversary Air Support long-term requirement. 3. During the JTAC CAS industry day, the customer will explain their requirements and objectives to obtain feedback from industry about current capabilities. 4. All personnel attending the industry day must submit the information listed below no later than Thursday 10 March 2016 to allow time to be screened by Security Forces before the event start date. This list of personnel will be used to allow entry at the Visitor Control Center and enter the event. The Government reserves the right to prohibit access to the installation based upon the screening. a. Full name, including middle initial or name b. State driver's license number and state of issue c. SSAN d. Date of Birth e. Place of citizenship 5. The industry day will start at 0900 for AAS and 1300 for JTAC CAS. Please arrive early in case of delays. a. Each interested party is limited to a total of five (5) personnel to attend their respective industry day on 15 March 2016. b. We ask that you use this conference time to discuss contracting and program issues and not to promote your company. Conference time will also be used to convey Air Force needs for future requirements. 6. During the industry days, the Government will provide information and answer questions regarding each respective requirement. There will be a period for questions and answers for each session but the Government prefers to have written questions to better provide complete answers during the industry days if they are submitted prior to the forum. If you have any questions regarding each requirement, please send them to the e-mail address provided by 1600 PST, Thursday 10 March 2016. 7. All registration requests to attend the industry day should be submitted via e-mail to Captain James Gallagher at james.gallagher.11@us.af.mil by 1600 PST, Thursday 10 March 2016. Your request should include your company name, e-mail address, telephone number, the industry day(s) you would like to attend, and list of attendees in the format listed in paragraph 4.
