A high expansion foam (HEF) system with fire pump is required. Surcharging of the construction site, pile foundations, and retaining wall are required. Site work includes new airfield striping, asphalt & concrete pavements, and utilities to support the new facility. Demolition includes existing airfield paving. The construction site has limited site access. Construction phasing will be required to minimize impacts to base airfield operations.
