- The intent of this contract is to obtain flight services for personnel and/or cargo in support of inspections and oversight of offshore oil and gas facilities and vessels. The type of services required to be performed include, but are not limited to, transportation of Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), and other Government approved personnel and cargo from various locations in the Gulf of Mexico (GOM) Region to and from offshore facilities including vessels in support of Outer Continental Shelf activities, including administrative and related activities as directed by the Government.
