- Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo will launch the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website when it is available. The requirement is for providing of C-Band Internet Services to the US Mission in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo. The annual estimates of Internet services to be rendered range from 2MB to 10MB and will be specified in the solicitation. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit offers, which will be considered. The solicitation will be issued via FedBizOpps. Note: The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date. Please see the RFP for the actual date. SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
