- This procurement will be issued as Commercial under solicitation number SPE4A715R2000. This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four - one year option years. This is a source controlled item. The part being procured is Actuator, Electro-ME for NSN 1680-01-218-6522 for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 336 each. There are three approved sources for supply: Eaton Corp., CAGE 17472, Part Number 100000-12; Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., CAGE 78286, Part Number 70250-13006-102; and Simmons Precision Products Inc., CAGE 89305, Part Number DL1028M58-1. The required delivery schedule is 279 days. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Surge and Sustainment requirements apply. Refer to clauses 52.217-9006, 52.217-9007, 52.217-9008, 52.217-9009, and 52.217-9010. Offerors must complete a capability assessment plan online and submit a copy as part of the proposal. See clause 52.217-9007. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 22 February 2016. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
