Description

Solicitation Amendment 2 - SF 30 Attachment 2 - Full CBA ENCL 8 SAMPLE CONSENT LETTER ENCL 7 SPECIFIC RELEVANT CONTRACTS SHEET ENCL 2 PAST PERFORMANCE EVAL QUESTIONNAIRE Amendment 2 - Solicitation The solicitation for Schofield Barracks and Wheeler Army Airfield, Hawaii Dining Facility Attendant (DFA) Services is now amended to include the Full Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) in effect, to provide word document copies of Enclosures 2, 7, and 8, and to include a "Questions & Answers 2" segment. Pay special attention due to system errors and format request the soliciation amendment, the CBA and Enclosures 2, 7, and 8 will be uploaded as five (5) separate attachments. The CBA is included as "Attachment 2 - Full CBA", Enclosure 2 as "ENCL 2 PAST PERFORMANCE EVAL QUESTIONNAIRE", Enclosure 7 as "ENCL 7 SPECIFIC RELEVANT CONTRACTS SHEET" and Enclosure 8 as "ENCL 8 SAMPLE CONSENT LETTER". The proposal deadline has not changed at this time and remains 22-February-2016 by 4:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time (HST). Contact the POC's listed within the announcement for any further questions concerning the Dining Facility Attendant (DFA) Services requirement.
