- Mowing Services Contract, Fort Supply, Oklahoma. All questions regarding this SYNOPSIS should be submitted in writing to the following E-Mail address: robert.l.norris@usace.army.mil. This Acquisition shall be competed as a 100% small business set-aside requirement. This synopsis is for the purpose of a pre-solicitation notification only. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District intends to issue solicitation number W912BV-16-R-0083 to provide Mowing Services on Fort Supply parks and lake areas at Fort Supply, Oklahoma. Mowing Services include but are not limited to tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging of public use areas, the dam embankment, and other project lands at Fort Supply Lake Performance of work is for the areas at Fort Supply Lake, Oklahoma. The contract type will be a firm fixed price contract for the period of 1 April 2016 - 31 March 2017. The contract will also include four (4), one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the purview of the government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this program is 561730, a Classification Code of S208, and a business size standard of $7.5 million. The Government will award a contract resulting from the subsequent solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only on FedBizOpps Website at http://www.fbo.gov. Notification of amendments shall be made via FedBizOpps only. It is the contractors' responsibility to check the above-listed internet address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Any amendments issued to the solicitation must be acknowledged by potential offerors. No corrections and/or changes to proposals will be allowed after the proposal submittal due time and date. Estimated solicitation issue date is on or about the estimated date of March 2, 2016. Quotations are anticipated to be due on or about March 31, 2016. Please check the solicitation and anyamendment issues for the exact date and time of deadlines.
