All items are fully competitive (1-G). 1560007651101 is a Critical Safety Item. 1560007651101 and 1560012158036 require government first article testing. Nomenclature: Varies, see attached. Surge and Sustainment does not apply to any NSN. End Item Application WSDCs: 04F, 05F, 42F, 40A, 19F, 56F Quantity: Estimated annual demand quantities vary, see attached spreadsheet Options: No option applies. Period of performance is 5 years, with 5 discrete pricing periods. Inspection & Acceptance: Origin FOB: Origin Critical Items, Aircraft Structural Components. Interested parties may obtain copies of Military and Federal Specifications and Standards, Qualified Product Lists, Military Handbooks, and other standardization documents from the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP), in Philadelphia, PA. Most documents are available in Adobe PDF format from the ASSIST database via the Internet at http://assist.daps.mil. Users may search for documents using the ASSIST-Quick Search and, in most cases, download the documents directly via the Internet using standard browser software. Documents not available for downloading from ASSIST can be ordered from the DODSSP using the ASSIST Shopping Wizard, after establishing a DODSSP Customer Account by following the registration procedures or by phoning the DoDSSP Special Assistance Desk at (215) 697-2179 (DSN: 442-2179). Users not having access to the Internet may contact the DODSSP Special Assistance Desk at (215) 697-2179 (DSN: 442-2179) or mail requests to the DODSSP, Bldg. 4/D, 700 Robbins Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111-5094. Patterns, Drawings, Deviations Lists, Purchase Descriptions, etc., are not stocked at the DODSSP. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Surplus dealers and small business dealers and distributors are invited to respond to this synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, or adequate traceability documentation to show product is acceptable. DLA will consider all such responses and may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory through a dealer is in the best interests of the government. OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (pdf). To download and view these documents you will need the lasted version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date is February 29, 2016.
