- THIS NSN IS FOR THE POLYURETHANE,FOAM KIT. This is a sole source item to J6 POLYMERS, CAGE 7AWA2. Special packaging is required for this item. DLA is looking an LTC with 1 one year base period and 4 one year options; all material being both Customer Direct and DLA Direct CONUS. All pricing will be on an FOB DESTINATION basis. Inspection and Acceptance will be destination. All items have a shelf life. Partial shipments and early deliveries will be allowed. This procurement will be Unrestricted. The “anticipated” solicitation issue date is 04 March 2016. The solicitation, once issued, will be posted on the DLA DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
