- This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Quotation. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202 (a)(13), Exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912K6-16-Q-2006 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 811211 and the small business size standard is 7.5M. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; All incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition circular (FAC) 2005-83 and Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13, and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20120119 Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM); if registration has not been accomplished the web site for registration is http://www.sam.gov. Payments will be made through Wide Area Workflow(WAWF). QUOTES ARE DUE NOT LATER THAN 1PM, EST, 1 March 2016. SUBMIT QUOTES ELECTRONICALLY, FAXES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Government intends to make one award. The Maryland Air National Guard 2701 Eastern Blvd. Baltimore Md. 21220 is requesting quotes for: Inspect and troubleshoot URC-200 Transceiver. All replaced parts shall be included in the contractor's proposal. All demolished and removed materials shall be disposed of properly off-Base at Contractor's expense. Government dumpsters are not permitted to be used. Detailed Requirment Inspect and troubleshoot URC-200 Transceiver Two URC-200 Transceivers: URC-200 Transceiver 01-P36744M001: intermittent receiver URC-200 Transceiver 01-P36744M001: Got stuck in constant transmit and burnt out Confirm that the transceivers are completely operational before for the contract is completed. Quality Control : The Contractor shall establish and maintain quality control to assure compliance with contract requirements and shall maintain records of his quality control. A copy of these records, as well as the records of corrective action taken, shall be furnished to the Government.
