Description

GVSL Market Survey Questionnaire This proposed contract modification will provide continued direct technical support services to TARDEC's Ground Vehicle Simulation Laboratory (GVSL), a world-class facility that develops and applies physics-based simulations and simulators in support of TACOM's military vehicle research, development, acquisition and life cycle management missions. The GVSL's computer-based models are capable of predicting many measures of vehicle dynamic and structural integrity performance. The GVSL's unique motion-based simulators are used to place users, vehicle subsystems, and full vehicles in a variety of dynamic environments which accurately reproduce motion disturbances experienced during proving ground tests or field operations. Types of engineering and technical services include: - System Integration (GVR WMI) - Technology Assessment - Ground Vehicle Simulation Lab Assessment - Experiment Support - Technician Support - Simulation Training - Vehicle Model Development - Hardware in-the-loop simulation - Interoperation - Verification and Validation - System Administration - Visualization and Databases - Software proficiency in SimCreator, VBS3, and VRForces
