Attachment J.5 - 508 Minimum Requirements Attachment J.4 - Subcontracting Plan Attachment J.3 - Disclosure of Lobbying Attachment J.2 - OF 17 Label Attachment J.1 - Labor Chart Request for Proposals - “Support Services for the Federal Highway Administration’s Office of Operations” The Federal Highway Administration is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for "Support Services for the Federal Highway Administration's Office of Operations." The FHWA intends to award multiple Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts allowing for Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) and Time & Materials (T&M) task orders. The anticipated contract ordering period of performance is 60 months, with a total ordering ceiling of $132,800,000. The RFP and all associated attachments can be found in the Attachments Section below. GENERAL OPERATIONS SERVICE SUPPORT INFORMATION: The objective of this requirement is to provide technical support services in the following areas: 1) Building a Strong Foundation for Proactive Operations 2) Managing Congestion by Improving Reliability and Operating the System at Peak Performance 3) Improving Reliability Through Efficient Movement of Freight 4) Enhancing Mobility of Travelers with Disabilities
