Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is for storage units listed below in CLIN 1, the solicitation number is VA247-16-Q-0301, and this solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is a 531130 with a business size standard of $27.5 million. Off-site Storage for the Trinka Davis Veterans Village. -5-Year Lease - Base Year and four (4) one (1) year Options -3 external storage units (10x30 cc) -Within 15 nautical miles of the facility (180 Martin Dr., Carrollton, GA 30117) -Air-conditioned spaces -Secured area to include camera and gate supervision -Computerized gate access Quotes shall be evaluated on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria. Vendors must honor quotes for 30 days from the closing date of this RFQ. Quotes shall be emailed to takya.smith@va.gov. Please include "VA247-16-Q-0301" in the subject line of emails. Quotes will be accepted through 1pm EST, on February 23, 2016. Technical inquiries can be emailed to takya.smith@va.gov. Technical inquiries will be accepted through 12 p.m. EST, on Friday, February 19, 2016. For technical inquiries, please ensure that the subject line of all emails include "VA247-16-Q-0301." Telephone requests for information or questions will NOT be accepted. No hard copies of this RFQ will be provided. ***All Request for Quotes (RFQ's) should be submitted by Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 1:00 PM EST via email to takya.smith@va.gov. No RFQ's will be ACCEPTED after this deadline. *** ***Award shall be based on the lowest price technically acceptable basis. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of quotations meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards of the services listed above.
