Description

Continuous Maintenance Availability (CMAV) to include Hull, Machinery, and Electrical work onboard USS ZEPHYR (PC 8). Solicitation will be available on or about 28 March 2016. Offers are restricted to holders of an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR). Market research was conducted during the period 21 January - 5 February 5, 2016 and solicitation will be 100% set aside for Small Business. The Government reserves the right to consider only offers from small business concerns if it receives at least two offers from responsible small concerns and an award can be made at a fair market price. If the Government does not receive at least two responsible small business offers, the Government will withdraw the small business restriction in accordance with FAR 19.506 and shall consider all offers. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: Organization Name, CAGE code, address, email address, web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization.
