Description

This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract for a base and 4 option years for a lease to provide lasers and certified laser specialist for the Surgical Services Department at the New Mexico Veterans Administration Health Care System (NMVAHCS), Albuquerque, NM. The Contractor shall provide for the New Mexico Veterans Affairs Health Care System (NMVAHCS) the laser equipment along with the services of a qualified, experienced, certified laser specialist who shall assemble, inspect, pre-test and operate various laser systems provided by the contractor as required by the facility. The laser specialist shall monitor system operation and document use of laser system per ANSI, TJC, AORN, ASLMS and State Regulations. The vendor shall be responsible for installation and for providing support operation of lasers during all surgeries by operator. "HOLMIUM LASER "GREENLIGHT XPS "CO2 LASER (ENT & UROLOGY) "OMNIGUIDE LASER (ENT) All services and equipment shall be provided in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in the attached RFQ
