The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Non-Commercial type contract N66001-15-R-0084 on a sole source basis to L-3 Corporation.
