- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal Plant Health Inspection Services, Veterinary Services Facility in Kansas City, MO is in need of a firm fixed-price commercial contract for a period not to exceed five years to supply Polypropylene Copolymer Plastic Tubes 13 X 100 MM W/ Plastic Push in Caps/ Packed 1000 Tubes Per Box with 1100 caps Per Box Estimated Quantity needed - 5,000 boxes per year First Article Test Required In accordance with FAR clause 52.209-4 Possible Multiple Award In accordance with FAR Provision 52.216-27 applies Item Required: Mfg: Sarstedt p/n 55.516.009 (Brand Name or Equal per FAR 52.211-6) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing). The Small Business Standard Size is 500 employees. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
