- Reference is made to your Indefinite Delivery Contracts, Numbers W912QR-12-D-0006 thru W912QR-12-D-0011, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contracts to Provide Environmental & Restoration Services Contract (ERSC) Services for a Broad Spectrum of Environmental Services for the Louisville District, and all of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Mission Boundaries. The following changes are hereby incorporated via Amendment 0002: 1. The SOW has been revised to address ProjNet questions. Proposals are due no later than 10:00 AM ET on 24 February 2016. Submit your proposal by email to Justin Bennett at Justin.K.Bennett@usace.army.mil. Please acknowledge this amendment by signing below and returning a copy to Justin Bennett. ALL questions pertaining to this Request for Proposal shall be submitted to Contracting Division personnel only. The points of contact in the Scope of Work are NOT to be contacted for any reason until after award of the proposed Task Order.
