Appendix G - Non-Disclosure Agreement Appendix F - Offerors Cover Page Appendix E - In-Kind Payment General Requirements Appendix D - Mandatory Clauses Appendix C - Insurance Requirements Appendix B - Existing Encumbrances and Third Party Property Interests Appendix A - General Description of the Property RFQ - USAFA USAFA FBO RFQ 18 Feb 2016 The Government is performing market research to assess private and public interest in executing the anticipated requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Need (SON)/Draft Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and associated Appendices. We are notifying interested parties of the planned Industry Day. This market research supports the Government's notional requirement to optimize the value of certain non-excess Real Property at the U.S. Air Force Academy via Air Force Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) authorities and through a subsequent Request for Qualification (RFQ). An EUL is a non-Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) real estate transaction in accordance with 10 USC 2667 and other authorities. This is not a FAR solicitation or contract for products and/or services. This synopsis is issued for planning purposes and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a final RFQ will be issued.
