- EPA is seeking a database containing responses from new light-duty vehicle buyers to questions about their satisfaction with the new vehicles they have recently purchased, as well as other information outlined below. At a minimum, the database shall contain survey results for newly purchased model year 2015 vehicles (or, alternatively, survey results for its most recent complete vehicle model year). As an option, EPA will consider bids that include survey results for additional late model year new vehicle purchases.
