Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information in this notice. The solicitation number is VA244-16-Q-0573 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being posted as UNRESTRICED The NAICS code is 325413 with a size standard of 500. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable. The VA Wilkes Barre Medical Center has a requirement for the supplies listed in the attached RFQ document (VA244-16-Q-0573). Items must be exact match only, no substitutions will be accepted. All items must be delivered as per Statement of Need in the RFQ. All communications regarding quotes questions, etc., shall be submitted by email to Ronald Kline (ronald.kline@va.gov). Phone calls will not be accepted. Quotes are due by email only NLT 4:00 PM, EST, on Wednesday, February 24, 2016. Please read the entire solicitation. Offerors are responsible for all terms, clauses, and conditions contained therein.
