Ft. (ABOA):2,874 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):3,512 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):30; 13 of which to be reserved and secured, 17 to be unreserved and unsecured, and handicapped parking per code. Parking Spaces (Surface):30, as described above. Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):13, see above Full Term:10 years Firm Term:10 years Option Term:None Additional Requirements:Space must be located on the ground floor. Reserved and secured parking is to be adjacent to entrance of proposed space.
