- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is 10815851 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721110 with a small business size standard of $32.50M.This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids.The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2016-03-07 12:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com.FOB Destination shall be in the Place of Performance. The National Guard - Oregon requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: Lodging - In accordance with Performance Work Statement Provide 40 single rooms for the night of 3 April 2016, 40 single rooms for the night of 4 April 2016, and 40 single rooms for the night of 5 April 2016. A rooming list will be sent to the venue on or before 25 March 2016., 1, Lot; LI 002: Conference Space - In accordance with Performance Work Statement Provide two small conference rooms to seat 10 and 20 adults respectively: hours 0800 ? 1200, 4 April 2016. Provide 1 main conference rooms, to comfortably accommodate 60 adults in a classroom style setting: hours 1300-1700, 4 April 2016; hours 0800-1200, 5 April 2016; and 0800 ? 1200, 6 April 2016. Provide 1 meeting room to comfortably accommodate 110 adults in a rounds style set up for dinner and awards presentation to include 1 additional table for awards to be placed on. Round tables should seat 8 adults each and are to be covered in red, white and blue cloth coverings. Hours 1900 ? Midnight, 5 April 2016., 1, Lot; LI 003: Facility Accommodations - In accordance with Performance Work Statement Audio visual package will be included in classroom style conference room during hours listed above to include: projector, projector screen, 2 wireless microphones, sound patch, podium and whatever might be necessary for A/V presentations. 1 stage with podium and microphone during dinner and awards presentations. Wi-Fi will be readily available throughout conference times and areas. 1 8? table and 2 chairs set up for registration preferably outside of classroom area, during all meeting hours., 1, Lot; LI 004: Catered Dinner - In accordance with Performance Work Statement Buffet style dinner for 110 adults Tuesday, 5 April 2016. Please provide menu options for meals at or below per diem rate of $26 per person. To be delivered no later than 1900 hours. See http://www.gsa.gov/portal/content/104877 for reference. *Vegetarian and gluten free options required, 1, Lot; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, National Guard - Oregon intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. National Guard - Oregon is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com. There is no cost to register, review procurement data or make a bid on www.FedBid.com.Offerors that are not currently registered to use www.FedBid.com should proceed to www.FedBid.com to complete their free registration.
