- Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Contracting Office will be issuing a Request for Proposal for the purchase and installation of a Nurse Call System at the Palo Alto Division (VAPAHCS). Contractor shall completely prepare site for construction operations, and furnish all labor, equipment and materials and perform work for the expansion and modification of the Upgrade Nurse Call System, Palo Alto, CA as required by the drawings and specifications. This procurement is for total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334290 with a small business size standard of 750. Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 12. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is February 22, 2016 and closes March 22, 2016 at 10:00AM PST. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. Inquiries: All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing by email to charee.harris@va.gov. No telephone questions will be accepted. Questions will not be accepted within 5 days of the closure date, March 22, 2016. Notifications: Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will be posted on this website.
