Description

UPDATE 2-19-2016: This web posting provides additional information about this Request for Offers (RFO), including firm site visit details, the contract wage rage, and solicitation schedule, see details just below. The FAA point of contact listed above anticipates posting the full RFO document to this website before the end of next week. The RFO will contain complete terms and conditions for the pending contract, as well as full instructions on how to participate in this solicitation and submit an offer. 1. SITE VISIT & SOLICITATION QUESTIONS B005. Solicitation Questions: All contractors proposing this project desiring an interpretation or clarification of the specifications, drawings, contract terms and conditions, etc., must make the request by e-mail to Gary Yount at gary.yount@faa.gov. Alternately, you may fax your written questions to (425) 227-1055. Telephone questions will not be accepted. The requestor shall provide a company name, point-of-contact name, address and telephone number; as well as a return e-mail address or FAX number. The Contracting Officer is the only person authorized to make clarifications, interpretations, or changes to this solicitation. QUESTIONS ARE DUE by: March 4, 2016 at 5:00 PM PACIFIC Time. B006. Site Visit. There is an OPTIONAL site visit on March 1, 2016 at 10:00 AM Local Time. a. Meeting point. Building 111 FAA Road Nome AK 99762 This meeting point can also be located at the following latitude/longitude coordinates: 64 �30'45.00"N, 165 �25'47.35"W. b. To attend the site visit, advance notice by e-mail is required by February 26, 2016, at 10:00 AM PACIFIC Time to the FAA point of contact listed just below. The FAA facility escort has been instructed not to answer any questions about the project during the site visit, please do not ask them any. The FAA does not assume responsibility for any understanding reached or representation made concerning conditions, which can affect the work, by any of its officers or agents before the execution of this contract, unless that understanding or representation is expressly stated in the contract. 2.
