Description

The unrestricted, Other than Full and Open, solicitation will be issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for 13 NSN. The list of NIINs below will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which will be indicated on the solicitation. There will be a one-year base with four one-year options, for a total of five years. FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance destination for DLA Direct. Also, this procurement will be an all or none type acquisition. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 06 April 2016. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are unacceptable. An Excel spreadsheet for pricing will be provided with the solicitation. Proposals are to be submitted to the Bid Custodian. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil). Select "Request for Proposal (RFP)" under the Solicitations heading. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).
