- R16PS00261 - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation McElroy TracStar 1200 Pipe Fusing Machine (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) To facilitate electronic quote submissions through FedBizOpps, a request for quote (RFQ No. R16PS00261) is being issued subsequent to this combined solicitation/synopsis. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2005-85-2, dated 02/01/2016. (iv) This requirement is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is: 333249 Other Industrial Machinery Manufacturing. The small business size standard for NAICS Code 333249 is 500 employees. (v) Line item 0001 - McElroy TracStar 1200, Pipe Fusing Machine, in accordance with the specifications. The Specifications provide more detailed information about the requirement and is attached to the RFQ at FedConnect.net (public opportunity reference number R16PS00261). (vi) The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for a contractor to deliver a McElroy TracStar 1200 (with all attachments and options listed in the specifications). (vii) Performance will begin on or about Monday, March 21, 2016. All items are estimated be required for delivery by Thursday, May 19, 2016, or as soon as possible. All items shall be delivered to Bureau of Reclamation, YAO Warehouse/Receiving, 7301 Calle Agua Salada, Yuma, AZ 85364-9763. The following clauses and provisions are applicable to this commercial item acquisition: (viii) FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (ix) Determination of award will be based on the lowest-priced responsive quote from a responsible offeror.
