Description

Mass Care Q&A Spreadsheet The purpose of this amendment is to provide a question and answer spreadsheet for offerors to use when submitting their questions. No other format will be accepted; and Provide the submittal due date for both question and proposal submittals. Questions regarding this RFP are due on or before 10:00 AM EST, March 4, 2016. Questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted to each of the following email addresses: Lashawn.smith@fema.dhs.gov ; Isaac.Chapple@fema.dhs.gov and Amanda.Morgan.2@fema.dhs.gov with the subject line: "Solicitation Number HSFE70-16-R-0006 Questions." Proposals are due no later than 10:00 AM EST, March 24, 2016.
