- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest (NAVFACSW) intends to award a contract to one source (Port Hueneme Water Authority.) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source (except brand name) which allows the Navy to enter into agreements with utility companies. NOTE: The solicitation will not be made available on this website. This notice is provided for information purposes only therefore FAR 5.203 does not apply. This opportunity is available only to the utility contractor servicing the San Diego and Southern California area under a planned ten year contract for to supply potable water to the regions naval installations within the franchisees area of operations in accordance with all California Public Utilities Commission regulations.
