- The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific (Provisional) at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii intends to award a firm-fixed price, non-personal contract for maintenance services and annual software upgrades for the Parata Pill Dispensing System (Pharmacy 2000) located at the Warrior Ohana Medical Home, Kapolei, Hawaii. This requirement is for the period of performance from 7 April 2016 through 6 April 2017 (Base and four (4) one-year option periods). The contractor will be required to furnish all necessary services, qualified technical support, and equipment necessary to provide preventative maintenance services, field service and technical support, and software/application updates and upgrades to maintain the Parata Pill Dispensing System. The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source set-aside to Parata Systems, LLC. Parata is the sole source for maintenance of the Pharmacy 2000 system and the manufacturer of the proprietary software and is distributed exclusively by Parata. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
