- Amendment 0002 Updated Question and Answer Document Solicitation amendment 0002 is attached and extends the solicitation response time to 11 March 2016 at 3:00 p.m. CST. Please review all attachments to the solicitation. Email submission of proposals is acceptable. Solicitation amendment 0001 attached. The solicitation is hereby posted with the closing date below. Please refer to all solicitation documents and attachments when preparing your proposal. There are secure documents attached to the solicitation which will require a DD 2345 for you to be able to access the documents. The United States Air Force at Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex, Tinker AFB is contemplating to procure an Interface Test Adapter (ITA) for B-2 Test Program Set (TPS) development in support of the B-2 aircraft system to be used to allow execution of the test program. The Contractor shall design, fabricate and deliver all ITAs in accordance with the ITA Product Requirement Specification for B-2 TPS Development and the associated ITA Design Package. Description: CLIN 0001AA Prototype-Interface Test Adapter Contract Type: J - Firm Fixed Price Quantity: 1 each CLIN 0002AA Production Copies- Interface Test Adapters Contract Type J - Firm Fixed Price Quantity: 2 each Descriptive Data: The Government will provide the contractor with an ITA design package which details the preliminary electrical design, conceptual mechanical design and preliminary parts list. The Contractor shall design, manufacture and deliver a prototype ITA and two production copies using the ITA design package. The Contractor shall develop and deliver a technical data package for the ITAs. The Contractor shall support in progress reviews of the technical data development. The ITA will interface between the Fuel Measurement Management Processor (FMMP) Line Replaceable Unit and the Versatile Depot Automated Test System (VDATS). The interface between the FMMP and the ITA consists of an electro-mechanical holding fixture, and five cables utilizing ITT Cannon connectors. The interface between the ITA and VDATS consists of a Virginia Panel Series 90 double tier frame, necessary modules, contacts and cooling air.
