- Statement of Need COMBO Entry Access Form THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION IS FOR FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.This announcement constitutes the only Synopsis/Solicitation notice; the written solicitation is attached and quotes are being requested. Solicitation number W912LC-16-T-5004 is being issued as a REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-86 effective 1 February 2016. All applicable provisions and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337214 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of Replacement Furniture for the 233rd Space Group, Greeley, CO. Please reference solicitation # W912LC-16-T-5004 on all correspondence. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the response date. Quotations must be good for one month after the closing postdate. PARTIAL PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. AWARD OF THIS CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILIABILITY OF FUNDS IAW FAR 52.232-18 Please provide the following: Office furniture for 33 offices in three different buildings SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF NEED FOR FULL ROOM BREAKDOWN. PORTIONS OF THIS SITE VISIT ARE CONDUCTED IN A SECURE AREA. VENDORS WHO ARE PLANNING TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT MUST COMPLETE THE ATTACHED 233 SFS Form 113 FOR ACCESS AND SUBMIT TO JACOB.I.GEROUX.MIL@MAIL.MIL BY 9:00 AM, 8 MARCH 2016. Due Dates: SFS Form 113 due by 4 March 2016 at 4:00 P.M. MST (Vendors submitting the form after this cutoff will be ineligible to attend the site visit) Site Visit will be held on 8 March 2016 at 9:00 A.M. at 2605 E. 8th Street Greeley ANG Station, Greeley, CO 80631. Vendors must report to the entrance gate NOT LATER THAN 8:45 A.M. Further direction will then be provided.
