- Attachment 1 With Revised SF-1449 One additional airport-to-airport delivery desitination is hereby added to the Statement of Work requirement. Pupae will also need to be shipped from Guatemala City (GUA) to Punta Cana International (PUJ) in the Dominican Republic. The current need is for 6-9 boxes to ship on Wednesdays. The weight of each box is the same as the boxes to be shipped to Los Angeles and Sarasota (27 kilograms +- 1.5 kg). The Dominican Republic shipping need is anticipated to increase sometime in the next 3-4 months to 10-12 boxes 3 times a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. A revised SF-1449 is attached. The response date for this solicitation is also extended until Thursday, March 3, 2016, at 3:00pm, central time.
