- This requirement is for a base and four (4) one-year options to provide all labor and parts in performing unlimited emergency repairs and annual inspection/alignment for the Government owned Endeavor III Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), serial number 0212-6504UA, with PC-DMIS software. Annual inspection, emergency repairs shall be performed by personnel that are trained, experienced and knowledgeable in all phases of repair, service, and operations of the CMM along with PC-DMIS software. The CMM is located at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL 36201. This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement. North American Industry Classification System Code is 811219; size standard is $20,500,000. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website. Estimated issue date is 11 March 2016. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the Federal Business Opportunities website in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of your proposal.
