- Wage and Hour Determination RFP This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSSS01-16-Q-0058 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-86. This action is Total Small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 621511 Medical Laboratories and the small business size standard is $32.5M. The term of this procurement is a base period (date of award for one year), with four (4) one-year option periods. The contractor shall provide appropriate personnel and supplies to collect specimens from USSS employees and applicants for USSS positions in accordance with the USSS Statement of Work (SOW). The basis for award is best value/lowest price technically acceptable. See attached RFQ.
