VA247-16-R-0367 Stryker Arthroscope Instruments for the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center The Network Contracting Office (NCO7) has an acquisition for Stryker Arthroscope Instruments; The Contractor shall provide Brand Name requested medical/surgical tools and shipment to the designated location. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS Code is 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing) with a Size Standard of 500 or less employees; the PSC is 6515. This requirement will be issued as a Firm Fixed Priced Type, All interested sources must go to the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov and obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation. Offerors are responsible to ensure their proposal package is received by the exact time and date at the specified location for receipt of proposals. In addition, offerors are responsible for continuing to monitor the websites for any/all future Amendments issued, if any. Offerors shall sign copies of any amendment issued and submit with their package. Requested Medical/Surgical tools must be Stryker Brand Name Authorized dealers of the requested Arthroscopes shall be a Stryker Authorized dealer. Prospective bidders must maintain an active registration in sam.gov to be considered for government contracts. This is a Firm Fixed Price acquisition that is a 100% Small business set aside.
