- SOL-486-16-000008 Due to the expansion of its health sector investments in Laos, and an emphasis on increasing engagement with the host government and other donors, USAID/RDMA has a critical need for a Laos-based Health Program Manager to provide regular technical and management oversight of its program activities and to improve coordination and integration within RDMA's regional health portfolio. The Health Program Manager serves in a critical and high profile role in a suite of health and nutrition programs that advance overall U.S. foreign policy objectives.
