Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 -- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation VA262-16-Q-0194 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award with a base period of performance (six (6) months) and one (1) option year. This procurement will be issued under as a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code is 812930 (Valet Parking Services) and size standard is $38.5 million. Contractors must be verified by having a current registration at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ by close of solicitation to be eligible for award. The VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHS), 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086, has a requirement for Valet Parking Services to assist Veteran patients and family members at the facility. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the services described in the performance work statement (PWS), except as may otherwise be specified. See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and other pertinent information. Place of performances: VA LAS VEGAS MEDICAL CENTER - 6900 North Pecos Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89086 Provisions 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial and 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items are applicable to this acquisition. Furthermore, Provision 52.212-2 is utilizing the Lowest Price. Submitting Quote: Offeror(s) shall submit their quote on company letterhead and shall include the completed pricing forms, along with name, address, telephone number of the offeror, firm's DUNS#, total price and a completed copy of FAR Clause 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items or a copy of offeror's annual offeror representations and certifications (ORCA) document from www.sam.gov as required by FAR Clause 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. As an alternative, Offeror(s) may use the Price/Cost Schedule of the attached SF 1449 for quote submission. A site visit will be held on March 7, 2016 at 2 pm PST. Please email tamara.feist-hatfield@va.gov to confirm attendance and receive meeting area. This is not a required site visit and the contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated. Submit all question(s) to Tamara Feist-Hatfield@va.gov no later than March 10, 2016, noon Pacific Standard Time (PST) in order to ensure timely response and posting to www.FBO.gov, if necessary. Ensure to reference solicitation # VA262-16-Q-0194 within subject line of the email and include any paragraph references pertaining to the specific question. Quotes must be received March 15, 2016 by 10 AM PST. Email your quote to tamara.feist-hatfield@va.gov and reference solicitation # VA2262-16-Q-0194 within subject line of the email.
