Description

i.This is an amendment to a previous solicitation for commercial items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement, and its attached solicitation, constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. ii.The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 22), 4811 Airport Plaza Drive, Suite 600, Long Beach, CA, 90815 is issuing solicitation VA262-15-Q-0529 to request proposals from offerors that can provide valet parking services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the statement of work contained in the attached solicitation. iii.The NAICS code and small business size standard for this acquisition appear in Section A.1, block 10 of the solicitation cover sheet (SF 1449). iv.A list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities, and option years appear in Section B.3- Price Schedule of the attached solicitation. v.A complete description of requirements for the items to be acquired appears in section B.2 (Statement of Work) of the attached solicitation. vi.Addendum to provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial applies to this acquisition (see section E.5). vii.The specific evaluation criteria to evaluate offers resulting from this solicitation appear at provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items (see section E.6). viii.Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition. ix.See section B.2 (Statement of Work) regarding any additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions. x.The date, time and place offers are due, and the name and contact information of the individual to contact for information regarding the solicitation appears in the solicitation on section E.5 Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to offerors - Commercial items. xi.Site visit information, and the name and contact information of the individual to contact for information regarding the site visit appears in the solicitation on section E.5 Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to offerors - Commercial items.
