- U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP): State:Maryland City:Baltimore Delineated Area: Starting at the intersection of Sollers Point Road and Broening Highway as the SW point. Travel NW along Sollers Point Road where it meets Holarbird Rd. Travel W along Holabird to where it intersects with Rt 895. Travel S along Rt 895 to where it meets Keith Ave. follow Keith Ave East to where it meets Broening Highway. Follow Broening Highway SE to the point of the intersection with Sollers Point Road. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):3,028 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):3,183 Parking Spaces ( Reserved and Secured):13 Full Term10 Year Firm Term:5 Years Option Term:N/A Additional Requirements1) The occupying agency is a law enforcement agency with security requirements which will require the installation of higher level security equipment within the leased space. HOW TO OFFER: The Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP), located at https://aaap.gsa.gov, will enable interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP 16-Reg3-5MD0361. In addition, the Government will use its AAAP to satisfy the above space requirement. Interested parties must go to the AAAP website, select the "Register to Offer Space" link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides are offered in the "HELP" tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during the "Open Period," which will typically be the 1st through 7th of each month, ending at 11:59 PM EST on the 7th of the month. The next Open Period is March 1, 2016 to March 7, 2016, ending at 11:59 PM EST. This ad will also remain open for the following open period which is April 1, 2016 to April 7, 2016. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. During the Open Period, offerors will be permitted to submit new offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time; however, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. The offered space must comply with RLP 16-Reg3-5MD0361 and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of the Lease.
